It was late fall and somehow she found a Christmas crèche sorta packed away in which to have her babies. We took them in and eventually found homes for all. In the meanwhile, the little dog we had at the time was their second Mother.Sagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14248505284633390568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-69084423516150771.post-32764384068822115622012-06-22T19:27:29.670-04:002012-06-22T19:27:29.670-04:00Hi Y'all,
My Human says when she was a child ...Hi Y'all,

My Human says when she was a child growing up on a farm they had 5 dogs, all strays that people had dumped.

She and Papa, while traveling, found a 5 week or younger pup on the side of the highway. Another time while traveling with a load of horses and two dogs they found a mother dog with a litter on the side of the road. Picking them up wasn't an option so they put some of their dogs' food down for them and stopped at the next vet office and told them about the starving mom.

Just wanted to stop to see how your week is going. Hope it's great! Wishin' y'all a great and a wonderful summer and a relaxing weekend! Stay cool!

Y'all come by now,
Hawk aka BrownDogFANCY the Red Standard Poodlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17369189341017481001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-69084423516150771.post-7073705033462244242012-06-22T15:30:07.224-04:002012-06-22T15:30:07.224-04:00All of our cats have been strays.
