SAFE!!

Remember when you were a kid playing "tag" or a similar game and a certain tree or chair was considered safe where nobody could touch you?   For Silver, Zappa and Fiona it is the couch that keeps them safe from Brut!

    What a great photo! And there is a certain posture of relief for each pup. My safe zone is UP since I am the only who goes on the furniture or bed (except Puff sometimes invades my Watching Chair). Safe for YoYoMa is behind the curtains in the bedroom on dad's side of the bed. Oso flees to the closet in the office. Nuka to the open crate...Puff only finds safety when dad is around to huddle against and Quinn is like that with momma. Of course, momma is the ultimate Safe Zone for all of us!
