My Poop Therapy

Does anyone else find poop cleanup relaxing to the point of being almost therapeutic?  Or is that just me?  I'm not totally sure why, but it must have something to do with a metaphoric correlation of cleaning up all the little piles of crap that happen in life and not letting it multiply to the point of being overwhelming.  There's something soothing getting rid of those little land mines, instead of always trying to dodge them. It is like have a good maintenance plan when I'm able to stay on top of it and is just another reminder that if it's taken care of I can't step in it.  :) And we all know that makes for a better day.

LOL!!! fab post, i love a bit of turd hunting in the garden, i try to pic them up as soon as storm does them but somehow he always manages to sneak a few out when im not looking or wander off and squeeze a bit more out in secret, so normally at weekends i go on a turd hunt, not just in the grass mind, i have to go in the flowerbed too which is very dangerous as they blend in with the bark chips and sometimes i find them with my shoes before my eyes see them, eek LOL!!!

LOL. I actually do think cleaning up poop is therapeutic, but only when you have the proper poop picker upper tool. Mine broke recently and it is quite frustrating to clean up poop with a broken tool! I;m too lazy to go get a new one so I suffer:)

You're more than welcome to come clean up our dog poop anytime you're in need of some extra therapy. :)

I don't mind it, except for those weeks I travel and my hubby forgets to pick it up. Then it really is a chore!

Well, can't say I've ever looked at it like this, but it makes sense!

Hi Y'all!

Just trying to get around and visit all my friends I've been missing. Hope y'all are havin' a great day!

My Human has never had to clean up after me. Why? Because I go in my own "bathroom". I go in a special wooded area where the branches are too low to walk or here in the mountains I go well up the mountainside where my Humans can't really climb and certainly wouldn't be walkin' around. On the trails I go well off.

Y'all come by now,
Hawk aka BrownDog

LOL! I wouldn't go as far as calling poop pick up therapeutic. But I understand the satisfaction of a job well done and of having the whole wide yard to play in.

After all, the only thing worse than seeing poop in the yard is seeing poop with a paw print in it. :)
