Persistence! I think I already left you a comment on persistence, but I see no sign of it so if this seems familiar, it's because you probably saw something like it before :) Oh gosh, they are definitely persistent! Fozzie persistently paws at me when he wants to be pet, and if that doesn't work he persistently puts his head on my lap, or his nose under my armpit, or his head against my chest. Dahlia persistently barks until someone gives her attention. They are not just persistent, they are relentless! A part of me admires them for it :)
