Am I Bad??

Any minute now...
To the girl who had the pants scared off her when Chance suddenly jumped up and gave a one deep bark while I sat there laughing, I am truly sorry.  I am terribly sorry that I can't stop giggling about it now, as I replay how Chance was sitting calmly at my feet and in a split second pounced at the corner of the fence.  And I suppose I deserve that dirty look you shot at me when the shock wore off and I was still laughing, but it had surprised me as much as it did you.

In my defense, you've walked by our fence numerous times and know there is a big white dog who seems to get a kick out of letting you know he is there.  No different than any other day.

Who me??
It would probably be rude for me to apologize without being able to keep a straight face, but the look on your face and Chance's  victory was priceless.  As for Chance jumping out of nowhere, expect it next time, cause he seems to be enjoying your reaction and you are making it way too much fun for him.  :)

Lol, Chance and Frankie must never meet. Their sense of humour is too similar. Frankie does the same thing to joggers at the park, which is one reason we go to the river now.

Chance has a wicked sense of humor and it is delicious! Who says humans are the smarter species?

Some people are slow to train...perhaps, giving her a treat next time, will encourage her to walk on the other side of the road.

You are so funny! You'd think this girl would have learned by now. As Gail said above, people can be much slower to train than dogs. If it's bad, it's hard to feel guilty. Chance looks so proud of himself in that last photo!

Bwaaaaa ha ha! Chance and Morgan probably should not ever be allowed to get together and compare notes! I have been as bad as you a few times, but sometimes people just beg for it.

Our GSD brother, Jett, used to do that. It seems he had a wicked sense of humor and would sit perfectly still and quiet until they were just close enough, then let out a couple of teeth-rattling barks. (This was from behind a fence or other safe confined space.)
