Flashback Friday

I've been doing some reminiscing and for our newer readers who may not know, these two post are the short version of what happened to Chance and Blaze when they left the litter and then were returned to us. Just click on names.

Amazing how far they have come since then...

It so hard to find just the right home for a dog or puppy. People may seem caring and responsible, but you can never be 100% certain. Asking for references from their veterinarian helps. I feel so sad for Blaze and Chance. But Blaze in particular had a horrific experience. It's a huge responsibility breeding a litter of puppies. I'm glad to see you were willing to back the puppies, at any age, some people aren't as responsible.

My comment must not have come through from my cell phone. Poop! :(

Just wanted you to know that I loved reading about both Chance and Blaze. Made me tear up to read about what happened to each of them and how they ended up back with you. I get so upset to think the abuse that Blaze went through. How heartbreaking. The formative years in a dog are when they are a puppy. I am glad that Blaze has made so much progress, but sad that she still suffers from some of the effects. I am so glad you took them both back.
