You Know It Is Shedding Season When...

Would you look at me??  My brush, where's my brush!!

a)  Your carpet and floors are so fuzzy you feel the need to set out another bowl of food.

b)  Every time your dog gets up from the couch it looks as if they've produced a puppy.

c)  Every meal ends in, "dog hair a la mode."

d)  After brushing your dog, you feel you should be the one wearing a leash and collar.

Do you know the old joke about German Shepherds--they only shed once a year but it lasts 365 days?

I miss the days when my GSD blew coat twice a year. Stumpy never stops!

How Sam Sees It said...

Monty is worse than Sam this year, but I think the winner of the worst shedder is our goat, Whiskey. He looks like a little goaty version of Bob Marley right now!

Haha I shed every single day and love to try and catch my fur under the table before my mommy does! It's become quite a game. :)

We have tumbleweeds of hair that blow across the floor all the time!

This is sooo true. We're constantly pulling Gus hair out of our mouths. Yum...delicious. Thanks, Gus. ;)

Woah! Y'all shed like a snake replacing its skin! :O Now if you learned how to use a loom, you could have some fabulous fur coats ;P

Love that we're not the only ones who experience shedding season - thankfully half our pack is short-haired but anything black still gets covered in visible hairs!

Thank you for the birthday wishes!

Oh dear, Brut (I hope I got him right) looks like a quilt. We have tons of hair here too. The same day that I vacuum the floor, the fur bunnies are back. It's amazing they can shed so much and still have fur left on them...

That perfectly describes my house right now too! Bella has so many tufts sticking out and they end up everywhere!

We too are feeling your frustrations! Leloo (our husky) has started shedding, can't wait for it to be over already.

Sooooo true. I just said this the other day, it wasn't even 24 hrs since I had swept the floor and I had a dog hair carpet going on! Geez!
